Partially enclosed property of 5,000 m² with a private area of 2,000 m² bordered by a small stream, gravelled terrace (garden furniture, plancha). Independent entrance and garden. Swimming pool (12x3.3m) shared with the owner, open from mid-June to mid-September. Yon Valley 2 km away. Optional: End-of-stay cleaning: €65/stay; Single bed rental: €15/stay; Double bed rental: €20/stay. Towel rental: €12/person/stay.
Additional: Tourist tax. Geothermal heating (heat pump): €10/day (payable on site).
