Large garden and enclosed shaded parking + outdoor parking. Swing portico, covered terrace of 15 m2 south facing without opposite or traffic, deckchairs, meals or naps in complete peace facing the sea view or towards the hill of Bormes, on the terrace or in the garden. Very pretty view of the sea, Iles d'or and Bormes-les-Mimosas. Privileged location in Lavandou for this very clean, functional, ecological rental.
