Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, an open-plan equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower). Bed sheets and towels are included. - A 4 m² south-facing balcony with furniture to enjoy the breathtaking view of the sea, the beach, and the port.
The flat is ideally located in Le Lavandou, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
