Less than 1 minute walk from the South Beach, this beautiful marina is ideally located, completely renovated and perfect for a great holiday at the sea. Marina crossing ground floor type duplex 3 rooms of 60m2, excellent sunshine. On the ground floor, a very bright room of 29m² with living room, new kitchen and open American style and large bay window overlooking a beautiful new terrace facing east 20 m² overlooking the lake and private. Upstairs, two beautiful rooms of 10 m² each: the master bedroom with balcony and an open view overlooking the water level quiet, and the other overlooking the sea. A brand new bathroom and a separate toilet. Your private parking space is in front of the door. Boat dock not included. Near the exit of the port. Port shuttle to 50m to cross the port in a few minutes and access to the North Beach, Harbor Master's Office, Yacht Club and Market. Restaurants, shops and supermarket at 400m. Thalazur 200m, beautiful beach of Espiguette 10 mins, medieval city of Aigues-Mortes 15 mins, Regional Natural Park of the Camargue 30 mins and Montpellier only 35 mins. Transport access: Montpellier airport (MPL) at 25 mins, A9 motorway at 30 mins and Montpellier SNCF train station at 35 mins.

Superbe hébergement, la vue de la chambre est tout simplement magnifique! Se réveiller là chaque matin était un vrai régal.Le logement est fonctionnel, propre, tout est là pour notre confort, la literie est confortable.Le contact avec le propriétaire s’est bien passé et sa maman qui nous accueille est très sympathique. La proximité avec la plage est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage! Unterkunft ist toll ausgestattet. Wunderbarer Blick auf das Wasser! Strand in 5min zu Fuss erreichbar! Internet etwas langsam, jedoch für den Urlaub völlig ausreichend. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toll

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Marina. Von der Terrasse und auch von dem Balkon kann man gut beobachten, wie die Boote rein- und rausfahren. Wir haben das sehr genossen. Der Kontakt über What`s App mit dem Eigentümer Henri verlief sehr angenehm Die Übergabe erfolgte durch seine Mutter Michelle und klappte gut. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ruhige Tage über Sylvester

Die kleine, aber liebevoll eingerichtete Marina war dank Navi leicht zu finden. Sie liegt etwas abseits des Zentrums, am Ende er Hafenanlage Port Camargue. Von aussen zuerst unscheinbar und eher klein, zeigte die Wohnung dann jedoch mit viel Charme eine grosszügige Raumeinteilung mit genug Platz auch für Familien. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll, die Räumlichkeiten sind stilvoll eingerichtet. Für Einkauf und den Besuch von Le Grau du Roi braucht es allerdings in den Wintertagen unbedingt ein Auto, da die Infrastruktur in der Nähe durchwegs geschlossen ist. Der Empfang war herzlich, Joyce hat uns alles vorbildlich erklärt. Das Haus war mehrheitlich sauber, vollständig eingerichtet mit allen notwendigen Apparaten, reichlich Geschirr, genügend Warmwasser und eine gut funktionierende Heizung. Die vorgebaute Terrasse lädt auch in der kalten Jahreszeit zum Verweilen ein. Für Ruhe Suchende der ideale Erholungsort, für Partylöwen, da etwas abseits, während der Winterzeit wahrscheinlich weniger geeignet. Kleiner Minuspunkt: Das vorhandene WLAN war langsam und manchmal gar nicht vorhanden. Zum Streamen von Filmen z.B. daher nicht geeignet.

Un concentré de bonheur

La Marina est plutôt spacieuse,entièrement rénovée et décorée avec goût. L’emplacement est très agréable,la plage sud est à 2 pas et la vue sur la marina depuis la terrasse est un concentré de bonheur après ce dernier confinement!! Merci à la mère du propriétaire qui se charge de l’accueil et qui prend note de nos remarques pour améliorer notre confort. Nos 2 filles venues nous rejoindre pour le week end ,accompagnées de leurs conjoints ont beaucoup apprécié cette location. Nous reviendrons et je suis certaine que la théière nous attend!! Super Séjour!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Port Camargue, la marina est conforme à la description et très bien équipée. La plage est à deux pas de la Marina et les principaux commerces également. Un havre de paix

Superbe duplex, très bien rénové et très bien décoré dans un cadre idyllique Tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour étaient présents. Nous avons pu profiter d'un grand week end ensoleillé, dans cette belle région. L'accueil par la maman du propriétaire était très chaleureux. Merci encore
