The big plus of the villa are that 3 bedrooms are well separated from the rest and will allow everyone to enjoy his/her own space, and the proximity of the sea. You can go by foot from the house to the sea having to go through a walkway only and the forrest. You will arrive at the south of Vertbois beach or North of Grand Village beach, so if you are looking for a watched swimming area you'll have 2 around for your convenience without the stress of parking a car.
