The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming air-conditioned studio apartment with sea views for rent in Diamant, approximately 1 km from the beach and with a shared swimming pool. It has a surface area of 25 m² and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), the accommodation consists of a lovely 20 m² living room, an equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you! Need more space? It is possible to rent La Cherry 821 at the same time, which can accommodate 2 guests.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² south-facing living room: with a TV, a queen-size bed (160×200) and a dining area, open to the outside
- A 5 m² kitchenette on the terrace, equipped with an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hotplates, and more.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: baby bed, fan, ironing board, and iron.

- A swimming pool (unheated and shared) open all year round (except for two weeks in September)
