Beautiful villa on one level 150m from the beach with garden and courtyard! The main room is very bright with its kitchen open to the living room (HD TV and WIFI). On the night side, 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms in the house and a bedroom with shower room in the annex. Three enclosed courtyards of 220m² with garden furniture, outdoor shower, deckchairs, barbecue, electric awning, parasol. PARKING in front of the house.
