AMENITIES


Private patio, gas fire table/pit, lawn chairs (secluded & comfortable), gas grill, hot tub.  The patio is on the back side of the barn giving you a real private feel.


During the warm months (April through October) you share a pool with the lodge.  Only guests renting all property accomodations have the pool privately to themselves.  


However, a large 16X32 pool with large deck provides room for more than one group.

On a 9 acre estate, sits in the back past the lodge by a tin hay barn offering a real “on the farm” kind of feel.

10 minutes-Ft Sill grad field/3 min-Apache Gate, 5 minutes-Wichita Mtn Refuge & Medicine Pk w/13 lakes, 15 hiking trails, fishing, hunting,watersports, 2 large Casinos (Apache Nation Casino, Comanche Casino), Great Plains Museum, Medicine Park Aquarium


The barn is on our larger 9-acre property with the main lodge under the view of 1,900' Ketch Hill.


You reach the property through the remote-controlled gate and over the low water bridge crossing beautiful Ketch Creek.


The country lane has a wooded park-like area extending to a playground and sitting area and you continue on past the main house a few dozen yards to your quarters -- the barn.
You have your own independent area with free parking and if needed barn spaces to protect your vehicles from storm weather or hail.


You enter through a typical entry door into an open area with a full kitchen and utility space. To your right is the 2nd bedroom with trundle, day bed, remote office workspace, and chest drawers.


You walk forward into a comfortable living area with a couch, chair, and 65" television. On your right, you will see a wheelchair-accessible shower/bath.


Ahead is a murphy king bed with storage, remote-controlled light. The King bed can be made into a private bedroom by pulling the large rustic barn doors across and latching them. Passing by the King bed are french doors that open onto your very own patio area.


You have complete use of the white barn and spaces immediately around it. You may keep 2 or even three vehicles in the tin barn if you need to cover them.


Ask the hosts if anyone is staying at the main property. If not, you may have access to the playground and the hot tub by the main house.
