The staff was decent. Room was ok and around 115am fire alarm went off because of staff member burning a bag of popcorn. The breakfast was ok. But no ketchup or salsa for potatoes ask kitchen staff he said they took everything from him.

Old and dated. Breakfast not so good. Staff unfriendly. Fire alarm went off at 1:30am because staff burnt popcorn in the popcorn maker.

Everything was good except for being put in a smoking room and I’m not a smoker. And the construction wasn’t too bad it was kept pretty tidy

Despite being under major rennovation, this hotel has poor room quality and bathroom features, our toilet was broken which the maintenance staff did repair in a timely manner. The was a 12×12 foot square rotten piece of the ceiling above my bed and the air conditioning started growling and a foul smell came out the morning of check out. The pool was dirty and cloudy, hot tub was fairly clean but the area was extremely hot with the windows covered in dirty plastic from the rennovations. Way over priced for the quality of this hotel and would not recommend for military families as there are many other hotels in the area that are much nicer for similar price range

Overall the hotel was nice. There must have been large storms that went through the area due to the type of damages we observed. The air conditioner drain was either clogged or due to damages, the drain might have been been damaged as well. The breakfast was good and the staff was very nice. This was a last minute reservation but it was a good nights rest.
