It is a really cute place. The sheets, bedding, and towels were high quality and very soft. The location is perfect if you are there to visit the campus or a student on campus. It is a busy street (esp with road construction right now), but it was really very quiet in the house.

Property was as expected. Didn’t like the lack of communication of where the property was located (address) or how to get in the unit prior to the stay. But once in, the stay was as expected. I will say the furniture is to be looked at, not used. Wonderfully designed and stylist, but not sturdy enough for volume usage. Other than that. Good unit

Splendid stay

A great little house, unassuming on the outside and cheerily decorated on the inside. This house was a great location for us and two bedrooms helped us to spread out. Host was very responsive and the house was well priced. Would recommend!

This was a fabulous place to stay! Quiet neighborhood but still close to Mass St and KU. House was just as listed. Very clean. Really enjoyed being able to park in the garage. The only issue we had was the WiFi not working for 3 of our 5 day stay. The owner was responsive but unfortunately had to get a technician out to fix the issues so it took a few days to resolve. Will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

My 19-year-old son and I stayed at the Sunburst Retreat when we were in town for a tour of Kansas University - Lawrence. The location was perfect - it was a short walk to campus and Mass Street, where the shops and restaurants are located. I love how it is decorated, and it was great for us to each have our own rooms and also a living room to hang out in together. Highly recommend! If my son ends up going to KU this would be a great home base for future visits.
