Cadepaia Lago Maggiore is a detached ecological cottage in Laveno Mombello, perfect for an unforgettable holiday for four people.
Built in 2022 with all-natural materials and photovoltaic panels, with its energy efficiency and heat pump it maintains a comfortable temperature and air exchange whatever the outside temperature.
The 2-storey structure consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, a kitchen with dishwasher, a double bedroom and 2 bathrooms. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, international satellite TV, and a baby cot.
To relax, it also offers a private balcony overlooking the lake and a tiny garden.
The house is close to many interesting places to visit, including the Borromean Islands reachable by ferry and boat, the Hermitage of Santa Caterina del Sasso 7 km away and the FAI monument Villa della Porta Bozzolo 10 km away. Tennis and padel courts are nearby.
Free parking is available on the street. Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the centre of Laveno, the railway station with direct trains to Milan, and the charging station for electric vehicles. Families with children are welcome.
Animals are not allowed. The property follows the rules for separate waste collection; more information will be provided on site.
