Quietly located on a sunny hillside close to the centre of Laveno Mombello, this practical escape for 4 enjoys pretty views of the surrounding countryside and sections of the lake.
The bright and airy property benefits from large picture windows throughout and is one of two apartments within a semi-detached Villa. Situated a 15-minute walk from both the train station and ferry port the apartment enjoys plenty of outside space including; a private south-facing terrace and a shared garden equipped with a barbecue.
Inside, guests can relax in the open-plan living space, furnished with a dining table, Smart and SAT-TV with German channels. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a Moka coffee machine, a fridge freezer and a breakfast bar for two.
French doors open out to the terrace which has a retractable awning. Furnished with a table and chairs this is the perfect place for alfresco dining or drinks at the end of the day.
