Super nice room. The bathroom was super small. The sink is probably of the same size as an airplane. We loved the little patio and walking distance to the waterfall. Breakfast was super nice, especially the coffee machine. You pay $3000 isk plus 7.5% service fee ($25 usd) for breakfast per person.

This hotel is right across from the Godafoss waterfall. It’s an incredible catch if you can book it. The food was wonderful and the staff was very friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and agreeable.

Cozy room for family

This was a perfect location to walk to the nearby waterfall which was the main reason for our stay. Parking was easy and close to the room.

Great location, across the street is Godafoss, and then you can be there in the early morning or evening and see it without many tourists. The hotel is nice, we were in the separate building; all clean, and spacious, not modern, but functional. The breakfast is excellent.

Great service, especially the hotel manager, she was fantastic! At nightime, during the midnight sun, when all the tour buses and travelers are gone,you have the whole waterfall to yourself. It is was my favorite waterfall in Iceland. The food is good, the beds are clean, spend at least two nights there to truely enjoy the area.

Everything was good expect that they didn’t have a microwave. It sort of forces people to eat from thier restaurant. There is a Icd wear store next to the hotel where you can get hotdogs though.

Absolutely loved our stay at Godafoss hotel! The rooms were clean, perfect, and up to date! Had a cute view of the garden. The food was also so perfect. It tasted like a home cooked meal and was so fresh! And of course the super quick walk to the falls were a plus! Thank you Godafoss Hotel!
