Hotel is well taken care of front door is always locked so you need your room key to access the hotel that that is a plus the area around a hotel a bit sketchy with a lot of people standing around, but otherwise was happy with the hotel and the staff

My reservation was confused with another guest, which caused a fair amount of angst for myself and the other guest. It was eventually sorted out, but caused a riff amongst staff involved. It took about an hour to resolve which I’ll never get back. I liked the location and proximity to other venues, but Mlps isn’t a city I’ll go back to. Feels like it’s dying…not the same vibe as years past.

First visit here. Great location in vibrant part of town. Great front desk lady who checked us in to room 423. Superfast elevator. Beautiful room. My only negative is the carpet being stained. Hotels just need to do away with carpet. The king bed was magical. The most comfortable king bed I ever slept on. Restaurant is next level amazing. Everyone was great. Hello to Carlos! Food excellence. Parking easy in ramp. Water pressure great in bathroom. Noise not an issue, slept like a baby. Would stay here again for sure.

Bed is comfort and room is spacious. I can hear the neighbors talking all night long through the door and wall which is lack of privacy. The surroundings around the hotel is a little weird with some homelessness.

Every time we are heading to a concert we stay here. The rooms are nice and clean (for the most part, bathroom could have used a little more attention, but it was fine). Full size shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Rooms are quiet. The desk staff are AMAZING! Super kind, courteous, made a little small talk and efficient!! Hotel restaurant was good. Parking was a little pricey, but so worth it to be able to walk 3 blocks and not have to worry about driving to and from the concert.

The staff and people were very kind and tried to accommodate. The beds were not good, I had to change rooms, the sheets I had to request to be changed once the rooms changed. The room was very hot and the staff had to come up and bring a fan. They gave me 2 free drink tickets to make up for this.
