I am not satisfied with the hotel: there is no free bottled water provided, and not even a water machine is available!!! And also, the facilities in the room are not good: the air conditioner is really noisy and low-functioning, and the bedsheets are NOT CLEAN AT ALL. DO NOT COME!

The staff was amazing. Very quick to fix issues. The room was quiet and comfortable. The first room the dead bolt didn’t work, but she quickly switched me to a different room. The bathroom needed some updates. The blow dryer didn’t work. Nothing fancy, but felt safe.

We got in around 9:45pm to check in late, front desk was not friendly, did not explain anything regarding breakfast etc. She barely said hello. The room was so dusty and the toilet ran on and off all night and the r a/c rattled every couple minutes all night. Will not recommend this hotel!
