I paid for the business suite, but on arrival I was given a room of lesser value. The story I was given was that the hotel was overbooked. Ok, fine. But what really bugs me is the hotel refused to reimburse me for the cost differential. Basically, they took the money for an upgraded room while giving me a room of lesser value. Very questionable business practices...
