I did not like that there is no refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, or table and chair in the room if you need to sit down and do any computer work. I had to pay $10 a day to rent the refrigerator. I also get up before I can get coffee anyplace unless I want to leave your building. I think people would be willing to pay more for these conveniences. Please consider adding these to the rooms.

Hotel is generally clean, bars and restaurant were great, staff super nice, but terribly smoky. I say this in comparison to several of the other Freemont casinos we walked around in, where we hardly noticed any smoke smell. The hotel is also surprisingly noisy- you can hear the street sounds and Freemont activities even at 19 floors up. Entire conversations of all your room neighbors and even heard several fist fights. Our room had exposed nails at the bathroom floor and management was great to move us, but the 2nd room lost electricity in half of it on our last day there. The hot water in the showers made insanely loud groaning and vibration noises. It wasn’t a miserable stay but I already know I’d gladly pay more to go to Golden Nugget or Circa next time.
