room was not ready when we got there an hour after check in time was told the would text when ready and never did... almost missed an important business meeting. after two and a half hours went back up and they were like we should have texted you and was not apologetic about it at all. never had hot water in the shower. rooms feel out dated just a very bad experience

The room and staff were very nice. I would have liked to have a smart TV, refrigerator, microwave, and a coffee maker with coffee, sugar and creamer. Those items would have changed my rating to excellent. All in all, we had a great time.
