I love it here. I stay here as often as I can. But I wish the rooms were sound proof. I don’t like listening to what other pol do in their rooms or the concert outside. But other than that I like this hotel. It’s great!

The handicapped room did NOT have handicap accessible bathroom ... no shower chair ...the curtain didnt go to floor ... how was i to stand in shower ?? ... with the shower un accessible if you did showerthe floor was wet ... i had a scooter & veryvery difficult to maneuver thru room

Only thing that was a disappointment was the pool....I know The D hotel guests can use Circa pool but it was so packed you couldn't even get in the pool!

Check in was easy, the staff was professional and kind, very clean and comfortable. I was skeptical about staying on Fremont Street at first thinking it will be loud and it was not great location for Fremont Street.

We were lied to upon check in in regards to the availability of rooms. There was a safety issue where our room was open. Security did not adjust the matter. Even though we were told they would mysterious/unauthorized charges on my card from the D. Not a good time.

I like that the hotel is located in an area that everything was happening right outside the hotel and you didn't have to go anywhere else. There were stores restaurants entertainment. I do not like heights and upon check in they put me on the 31st floor. I called downstairs and spoke with I forgot her name and she brought me down to the 5th floor. The air conditioner wasn't cooling and housekeeping was next door cleaning the room but she came in and cleaned my vent and that fixed the issue. Staff at the hotel were really nice. It's not on the new strip but it's the old strip and I loved it. I will be booking down there again on my next stay. I recommend this hotel. It's kind of a all in one area.
