The staff were great. The walls were thin, but our neighbours were kind. The bathroom has an air handling unit that can’t be turned off, by design. Breakfast was juice, yogurt, bagels, muffins, cereal and coffee. (The yogurt didn’t work.). The bed was good. It is a discount brand, so long as you know what you are getting it is ok.

Room is clean, amenities are okay, it has a smart TV which was really nice. My only complaint is that it’s not as quiet as I would like, partially because it’s next to the airport, and you can clearly hear the door closing sound, people talking in the hallway and foot steps from inside the room.

Room is a little bit cramped, but I like the swivel table. The bathroom slide door does not stay open and would slide open automatically. Air plane noise and vibration at take off is loud in our room. Breakfast is better at Tru (when I stayed there in June) with eggs and meat. Left the room around 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM and when we came back, the room was not serviced. The cleaning lady wasn't so accomodating when asked for room cleaning.
