They have different check-in policy for third party reservation. We waited more than an hour for room because of their painful policy. They accommodate prioritize who book the room from their website and thereafter third party guest.

Everything about this location from the amazing staff to the location. The staff were helpful and friendly. If I ever decide to return to vegas this is definitely the hotel and location I will book.

Sheets helped speak the name of the hotel. They were producing so much static that they were sparking. Other than that the stay was great. Loved being able to get hot water late. However, cups and lids not available in the morning for coffee and other items. Arrived late and left early so I didn’t get to truly experience the hotel itself.

The place was great and neat , they had an outage with their systems when we reached the hotel which was around 1 am but they were able to quickly accommodate us after a short wait l.

breakfast.... not the level I expected

room is clean and fresh, breakfast was less then expected. Only cold items, I have had better at lesser hotel chains.

Noise from Laundry room

We were placed in a room above the laundry room and periodically there were loud noises and vibration from the first floor laundry facility. We questioned at the front desk a alternative room was offered but we were already settled in. Even at 10:15 pm the noise continued. The 4-5 personnel I talked with had no ides of what I was talking about. Highly unlikely. Disappointing
