Pathetic Option-less hotel- Less of a Hilton!

The SPark hotel was supposed to be Hilton-standard but lacked even the basic amenities. The bed was bad- soft and saggy- NOT firm or comfortable. There was no microwave in the room, nor any indoor slippers to wear on the linoleum floor. There was no drinking water provided for guests and we had to buy bottled water from outside. The breakfast did not have any vegetable options and instead had only meat. eggs and ham. When we asked the sous chef, they said vegetables were not available at all. The cornflakes were terrible variety, sugary and non-healthy. There was no proper bread slices to have toast, instead we were only provided with Donuts to slice and toast- these are the most unhealthy options as they only contribute to America's obesity crisis. Becoming green and environmentally friendly is also to look at diet options that lead to a healthy outlook and this hotel needs to rethink its existence and survival. The bathroom - the shower gel and conditioner bottles in shower area were empty- no refill provided until we asked for it the next day. The USB ports were not working and provided no power to the charging devices.
