Our home is approx. 1,700 sq. ft. Just a few minutes from Green Valley Resort and Casino, 10 minutes from the Strip and Airport in a quiet established neighborhood.

All furnishings are new, 3 Bedrooms: Large Master Bedroom with Barn Doors lead to walk-in closet and en-suite with granite counter, double sinks, rain shower and separate toilet room. 1st guest room has a Queen Size Bed, 2nd guest room has two twin beds. Guest Bath includes Shower/Tub comb and granite counters, Living room has 55" screen TV and sectional sofa with Queen
pull out bed, combined dining area seats 6. Fully equipted eat in Kitchen with granite counter tops has bay window over looking the pool and hot tub. Off the Kitchen is the Family Room which features a sliding glass door directly leading to the covered patio with ceiling fan, pool, hot tub and gas BBQ grill.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a private pool. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment.

The owner's daughter is dealing with a lot and we had several things that made our stay less relaxing than we had hoped. I'll share one example and one privacy/ safety/ communication concern. When we mentioned the pool was dirty, the owners daughter told us we probably swim in rivers and lakes so this was "not that bad." My friend said, but we rented a pool...Before check out time on our last day, the owners daughter's husband and dog came in through the garage terrifying my friend, who was there alone. He was mortified, his wife told him we had left (due to the camera), but she had not texted or called me to confirm or later to apologize. I feel for what she's going through. It was just tough to not be able to relax in the home from the get go. An instruction manual would be super helpful here.

This place was great for our family spring break. Good home base for exploring national and state parks near Vegas and pretty quick trip to the Strip. Also convenient to the airport and grocery , etc. Pool and hot tub were great amenities. Host was super responsive and helpful.

Super clean house, hot tub was HOT which is what you always want. Beds are comfortable, would definitely stay here again, host communicated very well, no issues with any part of the stay, everything went very well.

The rental was very nice other than the vinyl plank flooring is coming up & was awkward to walk across. We were really looking forward to using the hot tub after several long days of conference & walking but were unable to due to it not wanting to heat up. Overall we really liked the quiet neighborhood & would absolutely rent again. Owner was also very helpful when trying to get the hot tub to work.

Great place for our family to stay close to family and friends in Henderson. Heated pool and hot tub were great for our winter stay and house had plenty of towels. Also appreciated the black out curtains in the bedroom which helped with sleeping in and adding to our relaxing vacation.

We had an absolutely amazing time and the home was perfect! The pool was phenomenal and one of the best parts of our stay! Everything was exactly what we imagined and more. Check in was super easy and communication with the homeowner was spot on. My family has decided that we will rent this home each time we visit Las Vegas in the future. Easy access to shopping, sightseeing and a quick drive to the strip! This destination home was 5-Stars all the way!!
