Very spacious.

The hotel room was big enough for a party of four. With a door that would divide the living room from the bedroom. A small hallway divided the bedroom, bathroom, and living room. Excellent setup for a small group, very spacious we never felt cramped up. Perfect for a fight night weekend or supper bowl watch party.

First the lady who helped the check in process was very nice and helpful. However there was a special event was happening and the bar area is right next to the lobby and loud music was playing, made it really hard to speak and listen. The hotel is very new, and could smell the new paint in the hallway, so things were clean. Also the hotel area and the room were very spacious. But may be it too new, there were things not working. After checking in, we found the room door couldn't be unlocked, neither through the KEE app nor the actual physical key. we had to walk back to the lobby and asked for help. Eventually a couple servicemen came and fixed the lock. But it took an extra 20 minutes just to get into the hotel room. Another unfortunate thing is the noise insulation was pretty bad. Noise from next room could be heard. Also the design of the shower glass screen was too small to block water, and water was spilled all over the floor after a shower. Some minor water damage could be seen on the baseboard near the shower. Also most of the walls in the room and the bathroom are white, too white that it was hurting my eyes a bit, especially in the bathroom when all the lights are on. Overall it is not a bad hotel, especially it is pretty new. Hope things continue to improve and make it a more pleasant stay next time.

Hotel is new, clean & safe. Very modern & spacious. 2 nice pools & jacuzzi. Gym had a good selection of equipment. Nice bar. Restaurants in hotel coming in a month or so. Convenient, free & abundant parking. My unit for 1 person was very spacious, similar to a studio apartment. Because the room had luxury vinyl floors, I could hear footsteps from the unit above me late at night for my stay. You will need to carry your phone throughout the building to unlock & gain entrance to the building, pools, gym, hallway doors and to your room, all using a QR code. This could be considered an inconvenience for some. In addition, I asked for a 1 hour late check out and the fee was rather high. After some discussion, I was given a 30-minute courtesy late check out time. For this hotel, the pros outweigh the cons and I would likely stay here again.

The first time I stayed here was a month ago and they were still figuring out some kinks with it. I had seen them respond to a review about the extreme firmness of the beds, saying they were going to get mattress toppers, so I decided to keep my 2nd booking and try them out one more time. The mattress toppers were in fact just mattress protectors, no additional cushion. Not sure why they thought that would help with the plywood feel of the beds. It's as if we were sleeping on the floor. We layered blankets and extra bedding on one of the beds and that helped minimally. I had to put a pillow under my back and hips the 2nd night because I was so messed up from the previous night. Also, because all the flooring is hard flooring, you can hear EVERYTHING between your neighbors. There is a regular sized crack under the doors that separate you and the sound carries as if they're in your room with you. It's not even muffled, we could hear very clearly what our neighbors were saying. I think they should add some sort of weather stripping or something under it, because you could literally put your fingers under and wave at your neighbor. That crack also allows all the smells of whatever they're cooking into your room and we had a pregnant person in our party that had to deal with some strong food smells that wasn't appealing. I expect a lot more from a supposed 5 star property. I won't be back. Hopefully they can adjust those things.

The hotel was very nice, clean and new. Checking in and out was super easy. The staff were amazing during our entire stay. The room itself was beautiful only downside the bed was extremely hard. This hotel is off strip, but very close and not to mention it's convenient to many other places with a rental car. The pool area is so beautiful, very relaxing with a luxurious feel. We don't drink however, there's a bar for those who do and a snack shop. Can't wait to book our stay again.
