I really loved my stay here! The whole property is brand new and super clean. Everything looked spotless. Our room was cozy, tidy, and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. I’m honestly in love with this place and will definitely be coming back! ❤️ The only small downsides were that the Wi-Fi was a bit weak and the bed was pretty stiff. 🥺 It’d be perfect if they added a full body mirror too. 😊 Other than that, everything was amazing!

Most UNCOMFORTABLE hotel bed I’ve ever slept on, looked at the mattress and it was basically a box springs with a couple inch pad on top of it. Very disconnected from staff, everything went through an app. Even the key, all doors you have to get your phone out and scan a QR code to get in. seemed like the building was set to be apartments and then changed plans and became a hotel.

My room key malfunction for the entire day it was very inconvenient having the wait for assistance. However the staff was always extremely pleasant and friendly. The room was very spacious and clean. I loved the modern decor.

Understanding this hotel is new so review is during an unfinished hotel. Rooms are very clean. Feel unfinished and echo due to lack of wall features or decorative decor. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Bar is fantastic. Restaurant was not open. Had to order in every day. Was a pain as they dont allow or escort delivery drivers up. We had to walk, quite far, every time. With no restaurant available to guests it would be nice to escort drivers to guest rooms. Pools are fantastic. Hot tub had scummy brown foam most days. Nothing AI about this hotel. A robot in lobby that adds no value. ipads on walls. Had to physical keys because qr scanner off phone rarely worked. Nest thermostats. AI generated art repeated throughout rooms and halls. Overall the stay was good but don’t expect food or AI to be the highlight. Excited to see what this place can be in the future though. Has potential for an amazing off strip option.

The app is hard to use and was an inconvenience. I prefer the traditional key card checkouts. Did not understand what half the buttons in the app were and why I needed them. Felt over engineered. Regarding the room itself, I had no idea how to control the room temperature. Was a good stay otherwise and staff was very helpful

The place was nice, locataion was great. The walls were thin, you can hear the roo beside you. There was an issue with getting into the outside doors, even with Kee app.

We really enjoyed the hotel. The front desk service was friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean, no issues at all. Like the other reviews, the major problem is the bed. Three of us traveled and used three beds, two had problems sleeping, and one person said the bed was absolutely comfortable. So it depends on if you can handle a very hard bed. We were on the first floor next to the pool and that was lovely. Not too much noise... just enough to make it feel lived in. Half of the hotel is still under construction so it's a bit messy. Overall, though, the room space is worth everything when you're traveling with multiple people. We'll come back.
