Bad communication and bad check in experience. Said the reservation was canceled. When I checked with Vbro and told me that it was not canceled. Contacted Expedia and still didn’t get any responses yet.

terrible staff, communication, constant wifi issues, hidden charges 200% added resort fees added to price. Just a bad place ... plus charging for parking $20 a day to park on their property just for staying there as a hotel guest
