Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities
Kitchen & bathroom equipment was extremely basic Numerous hairs on floors, so it had not been properly cleaned. Check-in instructions were very last minute and they required photographic proof of who we were. Though we booked via Expedia, the information was provided by Evolve. We had previous problems with Evolve on exactly the matters above. Location is great and the development is good.
