Oasis is your home away from home. This home is NOT a party home but a warm setting for a large group or multi family. The home is situated at the end of a cul de sac. You'll have access to a pool, spa, and outdoor gatherings.
This property is very close to downtown Fremont St experience and quick access to the I-15. Knoten Oasis is close to many restaurants, The Cannery Casino, and many shopping options.

Please note the home has outdoor surveillance. The pool is 8.5 deep with a jump rock. The deck is stamped and becomes very slippery when wet. Please be responsible and monitor children at all times. Your privacy is always respected and we respectfully ask you respect other's neighboring the property.
