Did not stay due to insane guest noise. Ruth at the front desk said I would be refunded, but instead they charged my credit card for three nights’ stay. The payment method was hotel collect, so Expedia has nothing to do with their total incompetence. Loudest hotel in history avoid this place if you like sleeping.

We were screamed at on Saturday night by a guest for talking too loud. Asked to move rooms on Saturday night, we were told we could but it would be midday the next day, confirmed this was going to happen via text the next day, and when we went to check into our new room the girl at the front acted like we didn't communicate properly, she was rude and not thorough, when we explained everything and she actually read the notes she realized we were correct. No apology, and we felt like we were the problem. I won't be staying her again.
