We greatly appreciated the team who delivered our two pack and play and was very prompt and helped set it up. The room was spacious. Our family enjoyed our stay! One piece of advice. The golf cart guys need to be mindful where they park and let cars go first before them.

Our stay was very disappointing. We experienced a complete lack of customer service, as no one answered the concierge or help desk when assistance was needed. The microwave in our room was not functioning, and although we reserved a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smell of smoke. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service, resulting in an almost one-hour wait. Ultimately, we had to use the stairs to leave from the 20th floor. Overall, this was a poor experience, and we would not choose to stay here again.
