The place is self contained and you really don't need to go anywhere. They do a free daily shuttle to a nearby Community Walmart for groceries. There is room service pool side service and parking. However, if you don't have a car then you are a long way from everything about Las Vegas.

Great place, spacious, mini golf, games, hot tubs plus 3-5 pools at least, and barbecues. So plenty to do and close to freeway and not to far from Vegas strip.

Check-in was a breeze, was able to park close to my unit, visible security driving around the property. My key cards didn't work for the front door and I was given a different key for my room door so keeping track was an issue. However they did quickly deliver a new key for the front door that did work. The staff if friendly and addressed any concerns we had quickly. The unit we stayed in (two bedroom) was clean on the surface but we found markers, socks (not our socks) and large dust bunnies under the couch, entertainment center and beds which gives the impression the housekeeping isn't the greatest. So, we washed our bedding & towels before using it. This place is far from the strip, so bring your own car or be prepared for Uber/Lyft usage. They do have a shuttle to the local Walmart but that's about it. Across the street is South Point and their dining options are good and low cost. It's a great and affordable place to stay with large families or groups to save money but bring your own toiletries and bleach wipes.

It started off rough at the registration desk! My registration had the first names of all the parties that could check in with the the last name ant the end! The clerk questioned me over and over again although I had the receipt in my phone and a photo ID! This is hiow my profile is set up in Expedia! Finally she was convinced it was me! I get to the room and it iis not clean! The sofa bed was not tucked in and the sofa pillows was in a chairs!!! Oh boy! I had to call that same clerk to get a new room! I took a picture and showed her the condition of the room! She gave us a better room in a better tower! We are grateful! However the tower did not smell good and a plastic strip stayed on the floor in the hallway for days although the maids were there! Overall the clerk saved the weekend! I’ve stayed in this condobtwice before without incident! Also have stayed at the Berkley about 5 times without any problems!
