Beautiful hotel (5 stars) but the service level is barely a 4 star. Valet and the bell hops are awesome, security is great, room service and housekeeping is unorganized and poorly managed. I don't think I'd stay here again as its aggravating when the phone rings and rings and nobody picks up or the room doesn't get cleaned or they forget stuff, etc., For $700 a nigh I felt robbed.
