Beautiful hotel with great access to the strip via walking. At the far end of the strip on the Wynn/Encore side, so actually less crowded which was very nice. Amazing food at each price point. Very clean throughout. Extremely friendly and responsive staff. Gorgeous room. Our only issue was the design of the shower. We were upgraded, but apparently that meant to handicap room with view of the strip, which in general was fantastic. However, the handicap shower was oddly designed in that water sprays directly facing out, so water seeped around the shower curtain and all over the bathroom floor (and I mean all over), no matter how we tried to have the water spray to one side or another to avoid this. Other than that the stay was perfect.

Hotel was great from the stay, food choices, amenities and gaming. Room service was delicious and waiter(s) were very helpful and respectful. Rooms are attended to twice a day, push privacy button at door for turn down-service. Mountain View from our room was great. Hotel grounds are well kept and ART around the hotel is wonderful. Only down side to our 4 day stay was the breakfast wait at restaurant Vida, it was a 30 minute wait for food after they took our order. Distance to Fremont is a close drive, mono-rail at the Westgate hotel was a 15 minute walk which drops you off at many hotels along the strip, last stop being MGM (24hr on-off pass recommended for sight seeing casinos along the strip.) Definitely recommend staying here more than once, because, we are definitely coming back!!!

The hotel uses excessive amont of chlorine in their water supple, on the sheets and in the pool. Me and my partner got rashes from using shower and sleeping on the sheets. Never experienced this before in my life. Please address this. Food selections were limited in comperison to other hotels we stayed in Las Vegas

Excellent Hotel overall. However should consider in-room coffee even if charged since rather inconvenient to wait for / travel down to one of the cafes on the property. Housekeeping a bit spotty since routine things like toiletries missed with servicing.
