If you are coming into the Vegas to see a show at the Sphere and have done Vegas multiple times and just want to stay outside of The Strip, this place is perfect if you are here for a Sphere specific show and is under a 10 minute walk to the event space. You can get an affordable Uber in the afternoon hours to locations at The Strip, but we tried to leave come evening because the Uber prices more than double, so plan accordingly for other events and planned dinners.

Room is in good condition but pretty small. Good location. Staffs were very nice. However, only one person was preparing breakfast, so people were wait for long time for food and drink. The hotel should arrange at least two to three person to prepare. Especially during weekend and holiday season. No daily room cleaning service. I have stayed for three nights.

Hotel itself is good. Clean, decent breakfast, comfortable beds. Easy walk to the Sphere. But we did not sleep the two nights we stayed due to loud construction next door. Not the hotel’s fault but you may want to book elsewhere if you value peaceful sleep until the construction is done. Guests are told there is no ordinance for noise, so they work all night running heavy machinery. Very loud.

If you want to enjoy the area without the glitz and hassle of The Strip, this is a great place to relax and kick back. Big TV and clean modern bath. Go have fun at a casino or tour the sites, but come back here to decompress and not feel like you're just ripe to be conned by the next flashing marque.

Trinity at the front desk was amazing. We had a room that was extremely noisy all night due to construction - within a couple of hours we received a call another room was available. We were very thankful for a peaceful night sleep.

The rooms are nice and the staff is outstanding. It's unfortunate that construction is going on right next to it but they have no control over that or the fact that the company has been given permission to work after midnight and well into the early morning. Other than that, it's a great place to stay.
