A super comfortable and clean place to stay- in a safe neighborhood!

My husband and I enjoyed the weekend stay at Spring Valley. The property was super clean, quiet, and safe. We were able to relax and sleep well here, with no disturbances. Highly recommended!

Quiet, Clean, Private, Peace of Mind

This is doing Vegas right without the crowds or the expensive hotels. My most pleasant surprise in staying here was finding out that the suite is located in a gated community, so you can park your vehicle without stress. You can have a dolly or ladder in the back of your truck and not worry about someone stealing it. The owners have everything well-thought out. The suite was meticulous. Everything you needed for a comfortable night's sleep was there. The bathroom was so clean. The owners were available and great communicators but remained invisible, giving you that important feeling of privacy. As long as the price stayed constant, I'd stay here again, no question.

Jacob is a wonderful host, accommodating and great to deal with. The place to be when you don’t want to get caught up in the excess and noice if Kas Vegas.

Simple lodging, perfect for a quick, simple trip

Located a few miles off the strip its perfect to get out of the hustle and rest in the security of a nice gated community.. had a parking spot and just enough accommodation to be comfortable

It was a nice place in a quiet neighborhood. Very convenient shopping and places to eat nearby. The strip was just minutes away. The property management was easy to get a hold of for questions. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for our getaway trip!

Easy to find, and gated community gave us a nice sense of security. Far enough from the strip to get away from the hustle, but close enough to get there to enjoy it. Jacob was quick in responding, and very friendly when we did happen to meet him outside a few times. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The casita was exactly as pictured, the property manager was super helpful and responsive. This listing is in a beautiful gated community and the room was perfect for our needs. I would highly recommend this listing to others and I would certainly book it again in the future.
