All of the staff were outstanding from check in to check out. Mary at the front desk welcomed us and answered any questions we had. The breakfast staff and omelettes were awesome, as well as the evening reception staff. We had a great stay and even had a partial view of the Sphere from our suite on the 3rd floor -room 329 a beautiful palm tree was in the way!

The room was clean and comfortable there was a problem with the toilet not flushing properly otherwise our stay was adequate. The room was lacking enough trash cans there were two smaller cans that were quickly filled no big deal but inconvenient.

Breakfast was very nice - - except that I wasn’t given the omelet I ordered. I must have gotten the person in front of me because my husband got my omelet. The only other thing I was somewhat disappointed was how cold the indoor pool was! You should heat an indoor pool - - the sun can’t warm it and because it’s indoor, it doesn’t cool off at night like outdoor pools do so you’re not loosing heat at night. Staff was very accommodating and polite! Loved how close the hotel is to the Sphere!
