Charming property just 3 minutes from Downtown Las Vegas and 16 minutes from the airport. It features three spacious bedrooms, a welcoming living room, an elegant dining area, and a dedicated office space. The kitchen and bathroom have been recently remodeled with a modern design. Enjoy a contemporary outdoor barbecue area, perfect for gatherings. This property is ideal for those seeking comfort and convenience in a prime location.
During your stay, you will be provided with a unique gate code, which will allow you to enjoy all the amenities of the property. You can park inside the property in the driveway. For your safety and peace of mind, there are outdoor cameras to ensure a safe environment.
If you want to use the outdoor grill, the cost is an additional $50 of your reservation, you must also clean it and avoid burning it, otherwise the charge would be more. Please contact the host if you want to use the grill
House Rules:
1. Absolutely NO parties, events, or smoking allowed at any time.
2. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise levels down.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No yelling or loud music.
5. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
6. No additional guests will be admitted. Please inform us of all guests in advance to avoid charges.
7. Do not move furniture.
8. Do not climb on furniture.
9. Do not use towels to remove makeup or shoes.
10. Please notify us immediately of any spills or damage.
Check-in and Check-out:
