Our home is very comfortable with room for the whole family. Great little getaway from the strip without being too far away. Single entry with attached 2 car garage for a second entrance. Home is located near Aliante Casino in a quiet, gated community. A 2-story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms upstairs. Attached garage for personal parking as well as street parking for gue. Wi-Fi throughout the house gives access to streaming services. Central heat and AC. Master bedroom has master bathroom attached with standing shower only. King size bed with smart tv in room. Walk-in closet with tall dresser for storage. Second bedroom has king size bed with tall dresser and closet space. Third bedroom has 2 twin size beds with small dressers and closet space available. Loft upstairs for family gatherings like game nights, Washing machine and dryer upstairs as well. Neighborhood is very quiet at night. Quiet hours enforced

Communication was great and the unit was perfect for our needs.Only issue i had was parking, my truck does not fit in garage and street parking filled up to fast.

The check in was a little tricky, for you need to go to the front of the house to get in, Which means going in through a gate and we were not sure which gate to go through, so we ended up going into the wrong gate and we found our way to the front and it was clearly not affiliated with this unit. Maybe we didn't understand the instructions but the garage is on the other side and you can't get in until you go through the front. Inside was very nice it was just like the pictures and this unit has every thing you could want being away from home including a small fan for people like my self who need the sound of a fan :) it would have been great to have a bathroom on the main floor because the stairs are quite high, but there are 2 bathrooms upstairs, the water pressure is amazing!! my sons stayed with us and stated they were very comfortable, we cooked in a few times and had everything. The only thing I would upgrade is a new comforter for the master bedroom, this one has normal wear and tear and a few rips but the beds are so comfortable, I slept great and I am picky about comfort. We would stay again if we come back to the area, We were here for the race and it was not far away and even though this place is a little far from the strip, it's safe it's gated and fairly new and very cute and having the washer and dryer there was even better!! Thank you Alexander for everything. Wish we could have charged the Tesla that we rented there but that is just a wish :)

The carpet here was so filthy that you could not take your shoes off without your socks turning black immediately. It seriously needs to be replaced, as do the bathroom rugs & many other items in the house. 2 of the beds were comfortable, but the third bedroom had two cots that must have come from the dollar store, so the 4th person in our group slept on a couch. One of the king beds just had a fitted sheet, so we had to wash the comforter to have something clean to cover us. The next day, I did notify the owner about the missing sheet & they sent someone over with one. There was just a couple of wall hangings, so the atmosphere was definitely not "homey" feeling. Many of the dishes, especially the glasses, looked dirty, so we washed everything before we used them. The glasses mever seemed to get clean (water softener, maybe?) We had two coffee cups for 4 people, just enough silverware for two people, four plates total & not much else. I contacted the owner/manager & they did send a few coffee cups & some silverware over. There was just a one-cup coffee maker for all four of us. I did ask about a bigger one, but was told that it was the only one available. It was a very quiet neighborhood, but due to the rain and wind when we were there, two of the three bedroom windows had something clanging at them all night. There were no bedside lamps; very disappointing. The owner/manager needs to stay there for a few days to get a feel for the many upgrades this residence badly needs!
