Disliked: Cleanliness
The driveway gate is locked with a bike lock, likely because people keep breaking in. Parking requires driving up and over a large curb. The property is littered with garbage and junk. Once we got in, pretty much the only thing that was clean was the refrigerator. The shower had such a leak above the shower head that sprayed out to the side barely any water came out the shower head. The shower curtain wasn’t even water resistant and water went everywhere. The shelves in the shower were still covered is someone else’s soap goo. The kitchen shelves were sticky and grimey. There was mildew in the coffee maker water tank. We went to bed and set the thermostat at 72. The temp never rose above 68 by morning. Heat did not work. Police activity in the neighborhood all night made it hard to sleep. The front door is drafty and not sealed at all. Both door locks were of questionable integrity. We left after the first night. She refused to refund us anything. Lesson learned. That was gross and chilly.
