Stunning light-filled penthouse apartment one block back from the best part of Las Canteras Beach, Las Palmas's stunning 3.5 km stretch of golden sand. This light south-facing apartment is on two levels and has stunning views from both its generous-sized upper and lower terraces. The panoramic 360 º views stretch from Las Palmas's port, Puerto de la Luz, to its stunning Las Canteras beach.
The apartment is on two levels and its privileged position situated on the 7th floor on the top of the building means the views are incredible. It is one of the has been finished to a very high specification with stone floors and traditional Alfarje wooden ceilings. There are three double bedrooms, two with en suite shower rooms plus a separate large bathroom.
Access is via a secure key operated lift, which which opens out directly into the apartment. There are two aircon units - one in the master bedroom and one in the sitting room/diner.
On the first level the huge open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner opens out onto a large roof terrace. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-range appliances including a Bosch induction stove, large Liebherr fridge/freezer Bosch dishwasher and washing machine/dryer. The lounge area has two large leather sofas and there is a flat screen TV with a host of channels in Spanish, English and German.
