Apartment building beachfront studio with double bed, maximum 2 persons. Recently refurbished. Intercom, washing machine, including Internet connection, wifi (fiber optic), TV. Very central. With free bus to the island. This apartment has a small balcony from where the beach is. But it is not a terrace.
In the city, there are also a lot of cultural activity, highlighting the Canary Islands Music Festival and the Opera Festival are annual Carnival Festival Woomad 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Dance, etc.


Golf, Fishing, Boating: There are 8 golf courses on the island. And in the south, 50 kilometers of English and Maspalomas Beach can do all kinds of water sports. Apartment in great location. Needs equipping better with crockery and plates. Cracked cups and not matching. Only one proper cereal bowl. Furnishings tired.

Ein einfaches Appartment in Strandnähe, so dass man Mal eben morgens in m Meer hüpfen kann. Die Ausstattung ist okay, einzig die Küchenutensilien sind etwas sehr knapp und in die Jahre gekommen.

Una ubicación increíble con todo lo necesario!

Hemos pasado unos días de Semana Santa increíbles. El Apto. cuenta con todo lo que puedes necesitar y Octavio, el propietario, es un "plus". Nos consiguió que pudiéramos dejar la scooter que alquilamos en un parking justo enfrente lo que facilitó enormemente los desplazamientos haciéndolos más cómodos. En todo momento estuvo pendiente de que estuviéramos bien y que no nos faltara de nada. Muy limpio y cuidado, nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa. A una distancia ideal para recorrer la isla (norte y sur), Gracias de nuevo, Octavio , por tu amabilidad y trato. Volveremos a poco que podamos. Teresa y Joaquín.
