I loved everything about this hotel! The check in process was seamless and the lady at the desk was most kind. Now the room - I didn’t want to leave. Property was a described. It’s is clean, modern. Suite had all needed amenities. Managers were friendly and personable. Just one beef: bathroom was too small for the size of the suite itself. Although neighborhood is quiet, within 10-minute walk you can be in the middle of the action.

our go to place in Lanarca!

Second time staying here and it was as good as the first! We were in Larnaca for a tennis tournament and the location was unbeatable. What a luxury to sit on your balcony and watch amazing tennis matches!! The apartment was very clean and comfortable for 3. Internet and air conditioning worked well and the bathroom and shower was good. The sofa bed was a bit hard, so mattress toppers would be a welcome addition. The staff were as kind and helpful as during our previous stay. We were happy to be welcomed by familiar faces who really seemed to care about our stay. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Larnaca. Thank you!

check in was great - with a very courteous and helpful receptionist. We were unaware that you needed to wait an hour for hot water when we just wanted to shower and go to bed. Only two flat pillows on the bed. Lot's of noise outside from the tennis center and cafe.

The staff was very welcoming and made a great start to our stay! We were kind of thrown off when we walked into our room and there was a very strong defuser type smell that was really overpowering.
