It’s a great hotel and a very convenient location. Rooms are nice and roomy and beds are comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was when we first walked into the hotel, there was a horrible smell. I don’t know if it was a sewer smell or maybe dirty no smell, but it wasn’t inviting at all. Other than that, it was a great experience

I continue to stay since this hotel is one of the newest in Laredo and it’s always clean. The issue is there is something wrong every time we stay. This time, the fan in room 327 NEVER stopped. It was so noisy all night long. I even turned the AC/fan off and it still kept going. Little things like this continue to happen and it’s just frustrating. Also, the guy at the front desk was very rude o one of the nights.
