When first checking in for a room that was already paid for prior to arrival, the front desk agent still managed to charge me again for the room. Afterwards, he refunded the charge but now would take a few days to be returned in my account which shorted me money on my trip. He then proceeded to charge my card for the incidental fee too so i now had 2 charges pending on my account. Then a couple minutes after checking in they called the room and informed me there was no water until 5am the next day. I woke up the next morning at 9am and still no water, I couldn't shower or brush my teeth because this room didn't even come with complimentary bottles of water. Around 10:30am the water came on and in a room for 4 people we had 1 wash cloth. Overall this is a terrible hotel and i would not recommend.
