Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
First the good things. The desk and check in staff are amazing, helpful and consistently professional. Now the bad. It is a nice property BUT maintenance and housekeeping are a major downside!!! We checked in and on my first trip to the restroom I discovered that the on the wall soap dispenser in the shower was almost empty. The shampoo dispenser had come loose and was sitting empty on top of the soap dispenser. There was an almost empty roll of toilet tissue sitting on the sink. The TV remote needed batteries and though I saw A/C techs in the building several times, ours was hit or miss. When we asked for toilet tissue in person we were told someone would have to deliver it. When the guy did deliver it, he had an attitude of why we complained. I actually had to buy soap and toilet paper at the store nearby!! It's a nice building with a good front desk staff but lack of maintenance and a totally negligent housekeeping staff ensured that I will neither recommend it or stay here, again!!
