Spacious family rooms (two interconnecting rooms with 2 bathrooms). We had a good view of the ocean which was lovely to wake up to. Excellent, comfortable bedding and fairly convenient location to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was also good. We did try to dine at the restaurant one night but it didn’t really have any vegetarian options which was disappointing and when asked, they couldn’t really accommodate us.

The room was clean but a bit dusty. The airconditioner is noisy. I tried booking for a shuttle pick up from the airport a week before my arrival but there was an inconsistency in their response. I completed the inormation they asked for but did not confirm receipt. In the end, my family was not picked up from the airport. My issue is - the hotel could just have advised us that they could not provide the service. We would understand and find other options. I think the hotel need to improve on their communication. Also, the lobby is small and gets too crowded. It detracts from a good impression.

Clean and comfortable hotel with great staff. Only issue was the faucet in the bathroom — it was broken and very hard to open. Hope they can fix it soon.

The whole ambiance of the hotel staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Room was excellent and clean kitted out with everything you would want in a room. Definitely would stay in Belmont hotel again.

The staff at this hotel are amazing, and its biggest asset. Always polite, courteous and talked as though they were really invested in what your day had ahead. The area around the hotel is unfortunately under construction, however there were places to eat. The pool was closed at the hotel, however there is a pool and beach within 5/10 min walk (also free shuttle bus). The pool near the beach does not have a huge amount of loungers and the water was cloudy. The beach is man made and very pebbly. Breakfast was great, again amazing staff.

Amazing view, clean room, and staff are wonderful. It's close to everything u need, like option for coffee, groceries, from yummy street foods to Gordom Ramsey fine burger or fish and chips. Can't wait to go back.

The indoor pool on the 3rd floor was not in service when I arrived. The rooms are very small with no good place to put a suitcase. Cable telivision was also not in service when i went. The thermostat did not work correctly and neither did anyone elses that stayed in other rooms. Gym had secnt dumbell weights and was packed when I went. Breakfast was lretty good. The beach was pretty terrible. Make sure you wear shoes and anticipate breaking an ankle trying to get into the ocean. The outdoor pool by the beach is nice. Bathroom shower is righ next to the tiny surface area sink. My room actually smelled like sewer gas.
