Perfect entertaining space for large extended families or groups of friends, with flexible accommodation organised as follows: House on Street level (sleeps 8): 2 double bedrooms, 2 twin rooms, 1 family bathroom with bath; 2 ensuites; 1 additional WC; study; open plan kitchen/dining room; sitting room; playroom; laundry. Adjoining gite on street level (sleeps 4); 1 double bedroom; 1 twin room; 1 sitting room ; 1 kitchen/diner. The gite and the house are all one building, however the gite is accessed through a separate door at the end of the property . Outside: Garden with large 5m x 12m unheated pool and BBQ (charcoal) area; adjoining paddock.
