Do not let the reviews fool you. Hotel is gross!

I booked this hotel because of the high ratings and affordable price. I did not have anywhere near the same experience to some of the other ratings. The hotel was unbelievably hot when we arrived. The front desk employees were very nice. Unfortunately, that’s the only positive I can say. I was double charged for my room, blamed it on Expedia, and it took a week to get a refund after many calls and emails. No one at the hotel could help with that and the manager was MIA when we were there. Our room was disgusting…stains all over the couch, stained pull-out bed, hair on a number of towels, hair and dirt in fridge, mold in the grout in the shower, and pubic hair in the wall of the shower! The absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The room smelled like body odor. Lower entrance door areas smelled like pot. The kitchen staff at breakfast had music blaring from the back. I requested a lower floor and was given a room on the 3rd floor. They said that was the only room available, but the place looked fairly empty. Have stayed at this hotel about 7 times over the last 2 years, and it keeps going downhill. I will not return.

The room was old and dirty. The thermostat didn’t work and room was cold. I was offered a space heater for the night but didn’t think that was safe. Requested the toilet in the room be fixed because it ran all night but was never done was told they couldn’t exchange a room where the heat worked. Left ASAP

😔 Very disappointed.

The rooms were dirty. Garbage still in the room, sinks dirty with hair from shaving, etc... Found tick in other room. Hotel was over booked. No other rooms available. The general manager was awesome. She was shocked & so very sorry. Told us to have Hotel.com get in contact with her for a full refund. Hotel.com said they couldn't do that. Very disappointed. Will not be using them to book our hotel stays in the future.

Great Location

Hotel is very nice and clean just a few cosmetic things in the room/bathroom like toilet paper roll holder hanging on by a thread of a screw and also the wallpaper peeling back to bame a few.
