Welcome to TY KAER, a newly built house, peaceful while being close to the sea.

Located just 1 km from the first beach and 600m from the coastal path GR34, this house is ideal for enjoying moments with family or friends!



Upon entering the house, you go directly into the large, spacious and bright living area.

You will find a comfortable living room, a friendly dining room to share good moments with family or friends, as well as a lovely equipped kitchen open to the living space.

A large bay window opens onto the garden, offering direct access to the terrace.

You will also find a separate toilet on the ground floor as well as access to the garage to store your bicycles, paddles or other equipment.



Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms. The first has a queen-size double bed (160x200). The second consists of two single beds. Finally, a bunk bed is located in the third bedroom. A modern bathroom with a shower and toilet completes this floor, ensuring you have all the necessary comfort.



The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and which will advise you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!



The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for discovery and activities: walks in the Abers or on the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and typical restaurants to savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect starting point for exploring this magnificent region between land and sea.
