The rental is located on the peninsula of Sainte-Marguerite 7 minutes drive from the port of Aber-Wrach and its animations.
The house located in a dead-end street is close to the sea, the dunes, the coastal path GR34. The beach is easily accessible (no road to cross) and its set of accessible islands creates a landscape changing with the tides. Many activities are possible: walking, swimming, kite surfing, windsurfing, kayaking, fishing ...
You have many markets, restaurants, cultural events, sports in the region.

The house has:
- an open kitchen fully equipped with a dining area
- 3 bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor) with plenty of storage space.
- 1 bathroom with window
- A laundry room with all the necessary.
- An open living room on the veranda with two 2 seater sofas and a relax armchair.
- A luminous veranda of 17 m2 with a table, 2 chairs, in Southwest exposure.

In front of the house, a space with 1 parking space available. Behind are the veranda, a garden with barbecue, table and chairs outside, some aromatic plants. Beach games and fishing accessories are available.
Possibility of having 2 adult bicycles with helmets, on presentation of the tenant's holiday home insurance. Note a deposit of 200 € on arrival and return at end of stay after inventory.
For any exceedance of the electricity plan, we will charge you the extra kilowatt to the discounted rate.
A long-term rental is possible with a negotiable price.
A mini market 50 m is open during the summer.
