We had a great stay even though the bed was very uncomfortable. Mostly because the staff was so quick to respond when we asked for anything. For an example, shower shampoo was out and they came within 15 mins to refill it and when we asked for extra hangers someone stopped by almost immediately. And the other thing is, I wish there was more storage or a dresser for out things. It was a room that sleeps 5 but there was no pull out bed. Pool was clean. Workout gym was very efficient and had everything we needed. My husband and I got a good workout in together. Gym was very basic and had everything we needed to get a pump in. Great location and easy restaurants near by.

Pool area was too cold to go swimming. Bed was suppose to be a queen it was a full size, the manager was very ignorant and rude screaming in lobby in front of other guests and children when bed size issue was brought to his attention. He told me to call corporate which I did immediately, he then started apologizing trying to make it right. It was too late to mage it right after acting the way he did. He is very unprofessional, also there was hair in the shower. Other then that the hotel was great the breakfast was great, the manager just needs better customer service skills.
