Main aspect is that the owner should mention in the rental advertising that he and his family are living there, and what one actually rents it's a room, with more or less privacy, depending how many other guests are there at the moment. Bathroom is shared with other guests.

Easy and comfortable accommodations!

I've stayed there a few times, and its always easy checking in, with welcoming hosts and hospitality. Comfortable, clean room and access to bath, laundry, kitchen, etc. I would look forward to staying there again!

Easy stay in very nice home

Great accommodations and welcoming hosts. A little noise from kids, but nothing tood bad (just kids being kids). Accommodations are very comfortable, well kept and clean. Access to laundry / ironing and bath facilities. Very enjoyable and I definitely would recommend!

Price ok Landlord & family anut house

While the price is good, don’t fall for it. The landlord is a raging drunk. Don’t know if I have ever seen him sober. His poor daughter periodically goes into conniption fits, and tears up the place. I gave her a small teddy bear in hopes it might assuage her rages. Seem to help a little bit., But the poor girl needs serious professional help. Don, the landlord, is a raging lunatic. He yells at the guests, and at his family. What you will pay in psychological damage is not worth the price savings.

Horrible host

There were kids at this property which was not mentioned in the description of the place, screaming and yelling at all hours of the day. I was startled awake at 2:20am and when I asked Don about it he screamed at me so I packed my stuff and left a day early. He proceeded to follow me outside and continue to insult me.

Immaculate home, quiet and comfortable. Dong shared delicious plums picked from their backyard garden. They were very gracious and welcomed me. He even helped carry my luggage upstairs and to my room. I am so grateful.

Lancaster stay

The house is very new and beautiful inside. Check-in couldn't be easier...host met me at the door and showed me to my room, which has a lock and key. Bathroom very nice. It's a quiet place and excellent for a stay.

Stayed here for 4 days and then again for 3 days a few weeks later. The house was in a safe, quiet neighborhood. The private room was clean and comfortable and had a door key. I had access to a full bathroom and a large kitchen, which were shared. Don was an excellent host. His small children were well behaved and made the warm stay more like being with a family, which I enjoyed, rather than staying at an ordinary hotel room. I will stay with Don again next time I'm in Lancaster.
