Check in was easy and staff was very friendly and polite. Room was pretty clean for its age. There was something splattered on the curtain, but the front desk immediately offered a new room and came to see it. Breakfast was good and AM staff was also very friendly.

smoke detector went of in my room at 11pm and there was water coming from it. i had to switch rooms and move all my stuff the next morning before i had to work at 6:30am. I was not offered any money back or anything for the inconveniences.

My room was very clean, the staff was extremely kind and professional. The hotel was generally very nice. My only complaints are that there was a very strong chemical cleaning product smell in the lobby and my room was out of the body wash and had no hand soap. If management can look into more modern/safe cleaning products that would help guest and staff feel more comfortable/healthy.

It was clean, the staff was very nice & helpful, the pool was a little chilly, & they were pretty busy. The only reason why i will not go back is because the wifi kept on going in & out. i like to watch movies in my ipad or laptop and i couldn’t do that. I feel like that is something very important to people who are staying at a hotel.
