AGRITURISMO POGGIO ALLA CAVALLA (280 m2/max. 23 people) - Farmholiday consisting of 5 independent accommodations with swimming pool and private garden. The "Poggio alla Cavalla" farmhouse is located in the heart of Tuscany, a tourist facility located in the countryside on the Chianti hills near Florence, between Montecatini Terme and Vinci, Leonardo's birthplace. The farmhouse is located in an area nestled on the slopes of the Chianti Montalbano hills, a natural terrace overlooking the Valdinievole, with Pescia, city of flowers, Collodi famous for the Pinocchio park and the Fucecchio Marshes, a nature reserve of great interest. The countryside surrounding the farmhouse, very green and undulating thanks to the gentle of its hills, is mainly cultivated with vines and olive trees, and is characterized by not very high hills with the exception of the Chianti Montalbano hills. The conformation of the territory and the vitality of the countryside have led to the creation, over time, of many small centers full of: artisan shops, small businesses, typical restaurants, markets. Thanks to the privileged geographical position, it is possible to take tourist trips and cultural tours of one day to the art cities of Tuscany: Florence, Pistoia, Pisa, Siena, S. Gimignano, Volterra, Arezzo, Cortona, Lucca and the sea of Versilia. The Master House is located inside the property "Agriturismo Poggio alla Mare." The farmhouse is surrounded by a garden, inside which there is a swimming pool, with a large panoramic terrace and private parking. The "Poggio alla Cavalla" farmholiday is made up of 5 apartments (40/45 m2) and the Master House (120 m2), with a total of 26 beds; all have independent entrances and private gardens. Some accommodations are furnished with typical Tuscan furniture and furnishing elements, others equipped in a modern style. The farmhouse is surrounded by a garden, inside which there is a swimming pool, with a large panoramic terrace and private parking. The Orange-Azzurro-Yellow-Green-Red apartments (approximately 40/45 m2 / 4 beds - 1 double bedroom and 1 double sofa bed); they are all on the ground floor, have the same requirements and the same price, have an independent entrance, independent heating, air conditioning, TV, WiFi Internet everywhere; their interior is composed of: • A comfortable living area with kitchenette (stove, electric oven, dishwasher, sink, fridge-freezer), dining table and comfortable double sofa bed equipped with linen and blankets. • Double bedroom (possibility of adding a cot) furnished with typical Tuscan or modern furniture and furnishing elements, equipped with linen and blankets. • Comfortable and functional bathroom equipped with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer, equipped with a set of bath linen for all guests. The Master House (approx. 120 m2 / 7 beds – 1 double bedroom plus single bed, 1 double bedroom and 1 double sofa bed) The house is on two floors, is equipped with: independent entrance, private garden, independent heating, air conditioning, wifi Internet, 3 TVs; the house is located inside the property which includes the garden, the swimming pool with a large panoramic terrace, and private parking. The Ground Floor is an open space consisting of: - Large kitchen area with 5 burner hob, comfortable sink, dishwasher, electric oven, coffee machine, 8 drawer freezer column, 320lt fridge column, column with electric oven and microwave oven, complete with kitchenware for cooking and all utensils, dish and glass service for 12 people, table and chairs, tablecloth and kitchen linen. - Living area with TV and DVD, internet and comfortable two-seater sofa bed. - Space with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor there are: - two large double bedrooms, one of which has a terrace, and both with the possibility of adding a cot; furnished in a modern style with 6-door wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables, TV with DVD. - Comfortable and functional bathroom equipped with bathtub with shower, sink, toilet, bidet and hairdryer, equipped with a set of bathroom linen for all guests. All accommodations also have a clothesline, table and iron; Furthermore, the farmhouse is equipped with a washing machine and sink. Each accommodation is also equipped with a private outdoor space equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, with table, chairs and gazebo or umbrella, barbecue and its own parking space in the private yard of the farmhouse. The swimming pool only for guests of the farmhouse (12x6 m open from 30.04 to 10.10) is equipped with gazebo, umbrellas, sun loungers, deck chairs and shower.

The Agriturismo Poggio alla Cavalla is surrounded by a garden, within which there are tourist accommodation, a swimming pool with a large panoramic terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside and private parking for guests. All its accommodations are independent and are located inside the tourist structure, everyone has a private garden with gazebo or sun umbrella and equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners; they are all equipped with table, chairs and barbecue. THE POOL (open from 30 April to 10 October) is reserved for farmhouse guests only; it was built in an open and sunny area; it has a large terrace for sunbathing, equipped with a gazebo, shower, deckchairs, sun loungers, umbrellas and tables; from its terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. The car park is private, fenced and closed by a large automatic gate which is controlled by a remote control given to customers staying in the farmholiday.

The owner Massimo Camelli and his son Alessandro welcome guests to the farmhouse and make sure they have a pleasant holiday. They also take care of the vineyards and olive trees of the farm and the production of wine and oil, according to the organic farming method; This type of agriculture allows for the production of quality Chianti wine and extra virgin olive oil which, in addition to being healthy and genuine, recall authentic flavors and are a guarantee of attention to the environment and consumer well-being. OUR ORGANIC PRODUCTS FOR SALE THEY ARE:- The CHIANTI D.O.C.G. wine obtained from selected Sangiovese, Canaiolo, Syrah and Malvasia vines, it is recommended to accompany Tuscan-style appetizers and second courses of roasts, game and grilled meat. - The WHITE wine of VALDINIEVOLE, obtained from Trebbiano and white Malvasia grapes, served at a temperature of 8° and is suitable for appetizers, shellfish and fish dishes. - TUSCAN EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL obtained with Leccino olive fruits , Moraiolo, Frantoio using solely cold mechanical processes. The careful processing of hand-picked olives at the right level of ripeness guarantees and safeguards the precious organoleptic qualities; yellow in color with bright green reflections and with an intense and mellow flavour, slightly fruity, it is extraordinary on raw foods and also enhances the taste of the dishes and characterizes them with its inimitable refinement of fragrances.
