On a surface of around 16 hectares and with direct access to the beach, this residence is made up of a set of villas and apartments around collective amenities: swimming pools, restaurant, café, fitness center, basketball court, mini-football, tennis court and mini-market, as well as children's play areas. The entrance to the residence is controlled and surveillance of the entire residence is provided 24/24 and 7/7.
This 125m2 apartment, located on the ground floor, is composed of a master suite, 2 bedrooms, a living / dining room, a kitchen and a shower room. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a terrace with a view of the swimming pool.
