Luxury villa with pool on an ancient sugarcane plantation

Are you looking for something different from the classical 'sea view', whilst still staying close to the beach (10-minute drive away)? Habitation Manatee offers you a 250-sq.m living space at ground floor, which cannot be looked into from the outside, on a 2,000-sq.m property. This 'Habitation', unique in its kind, has been built on an ancient sugarcane plantation ground. An artist-designer provided the decorated and lay-out of the house around an indoor patio and an outdoor kitchen/dining area next to the pool. The garden, almost exclusively planted with palm trees and cactuses, is completely secured by an electric gate and walls. The house is fully equipped: with an excellent comfort it receives up to 6 adults and 2 children. The swimming pool is secured by means of an alarm and a removable fence.

All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and fly screens. The house has 4 bedrooms:
- 1 adult's bedroom (double bed of 180 x 190 cm)
- 2 adult's bedroom (double bed of 140 x 190 cm)

en effet bien placé pour tout visiter, originale avec un joli jardin mais désolé, j'ai du mal à comprendre les autres commentaires - manque, de propreté, de fourniture a l'arrivée qui nous semble essentielle - pas de liquide vaisselle, ou pour le linge. couteaux et assiettes ébréchés, un rouleau de papier toilette par toilette.. ... alors que nous laissons sur place le surplus .au prochain de nous raconter. nous avons très peu profité de la piscine pendant notre séjour car elle est fraiche ( profite peu du soleil )

Un petit moment de paradis

Maison sympathiquement originale et bien agencée pour un séjour en Guadeloupe entre amis. Jardin magnifique une belle piscine pour se détendre en fin de journée et un patio cuisine idéal pour profiter tous ensemble des soirées. Accueil chaleureux de Saïd et repas excellent pour notre arrivée. Merci encore tout était parfait.

Ferien im Paradies

Das Haus und der Garten sind schlichtweg ein karibischer Traum! Die künstlerischen Accessoires runden das beeindruckende Erscheinungsbild ab und tragen zum Wohlfühlen bei. Die Übergabe durch M. Said ist vollkommen unkompliziert und sympathisch: vielen Dank. Über die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten (Avocados, Brot, Wasser, Rhum) haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Der Vorschlag, uns von Sandra bekochen zu lassen, war ein toller Tip. Wir haben wunderbar diniert. Vielen Dank, Sandra! Die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt, beide Inselseiten zu entdecken perfekt, ebenso wie die Nähe zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants und Bokit-Camions. Wir können das Anwesen ohne Einschränkung empfehlen und freuen uns auf ein nächstes Mal. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen ist die Service-Gebühr, die von FeWo erhoben wird in einer nicht unbeträchtlichen Höhe für eine nicht nachvollziehbare Leistung! Hier sollten sich die Vermieter etwas einfallen lassen, um die Attraktivität der online-Buchung zu erhalten! Nochmals vielen Dank, Didier und Gemahlin!

Un endroit magnifique pour se reposer et profiter

Un super moment entre amis dans une maison qui s’y prête, un jardin luxurieux, de quoi se reposer et profiter un maximum des vacances! Maison très bien équipée, petit bémol sur le côté sanitaire un peu vétuste mais cela nous a pas empêché de passer du très bon temps dans cette superbe propriété! Nous avons choisi de manger le colombo de Sandra dès notre arrivée... délicieux! Personnel très chaleureux et aux petit soins!

un tres bon sejour en famille (7 pers) dans cette villa au calme absolu

La villa est conforme a la description, au calme et tres centrale sur l ile. Nous avons visite la guadeloupe en long en large et en travers tous les jours depuis la villa avec maximum une heure et quart de route. Les enfants ont adore la piscine tandis que les parents profitaient de la cuisine, bbq et terrasse exterieure pour de longues veillees!!! Toutes les commodites sont a proximite au lamentin si vous n avez pas eu le tps de vous arreter au bord de la route pour quelques fruits, legumes ou poissons frais.

Paradis sous les palmiers

Nous avons passé de tres belle vacances dans cette maison de caractere decoree avec gout. Photos tout a fait conformes a la realité. Les contacts avec Didier le proprietaire et Said sur place ont ete parfaits. Gentillesse et efficacité pour les deux ! Petite corbeille de bienvenue avec une attention pour les enfants. Lamentin est tres bien situé sur l'ile, central pour les visites. Mais attention, si le temps n'est pas tout a fait au rdv, il faut savoir que les nuages restent bloqués sur cette zone par la montagne. Maison de plein pied. 4 chambres bien distribuees. Cuisine exterieure tres agreable. Equipement complet avec lave linge et seche linge (important, region humide pdt notre sejour). Piscine securisee par une barriere pour les enfants en bas age. Il nous a juste manqué quelques chaises longues (seulement 2) et peut etre un vrai canapé dans le salon mais on a plus passé notre temps dehors. Je recommande vivement.
