This motel is located nicely in town, has decent parking, and isn't too big. It was very quiet, and the room was well-sized. The bathroom was large, and the whole place was clean. Wifi was ok. The staff were friendly, and one of them even dropped off a couple of icy bottles of water to our room as it was a 40+ day. Thankfully, the A/C worked well enough to cope with that. Normally, all this would add up to 5-stars from me, but unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable. It was lumpy, and the pillows were not soft at all. It's a pity, as otherwise, I was quite happy with the place.

Short break in Swan Hill

Our Executive King room was spacious and recently renovated and comfortable, but only had a single lounge seat in the double room. We had an issue when we enquired in the afternoon about our room being serviced and was told that they do not do the service on the weekends, even though their site says rooms serviced daily. However, they did provide us with fresh towels and supplies.

Negatives; After requesting a late check out online and having confirmation, then again re-checking on check-in (they had nothing written down) they again gave confirmation, HOWEVER the cleaner woke me up and argued with me yelling through the door that I didn't have late check out, then walked off without another word, no sorry!!!! Only one biscuit and no body lotion. Positives; Clean and tidy with a nice soft bed & pillows.

What a gem!

This is the cleanest motel I have ever stayed at, including some big brand named city hotels. All areas of this motel were spotless, the bed was super comfy and pool excellent. Will book in again if back in the area. Only thing missing was a toaster and we didn’t need it so potentially it would have been available if we’d asked.
