The community offers five private beaches three of which are less than a 5 minute walk away. Two are right across the street. The small private roads are perfect for walking and riding bikes. The Shore’s House offers 2 bedrooms. The 1st has a new queen sized bed and large 50” smart tv and a full size closet with built in shelves. The 2nd offers a new bunkbed. The bunk offers a full sized bed on the bottom and a twin size on top. The beautiful rainfall shower boasts a 54” shower stall with a separate wall mounted shower head and hand wand. The environmentally friendly dual flush toilet is a reflection of commitment to our unique ecosystem on the pond. The large granite counter top kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances and tons of cabinet space. All new cutlery and flatware has been provided for the new season. Watch your favorite streaming app on a huge 65” smart tv mounted over the natural stone fireplace. The house is located on a corner lot and offers a patio area for outside dining, sitting by the fire pit or washing off after a swim with the warm water outdoor shower. The small front deck offers a great pond view and a perfect spot for your morning coffee or after dinner glass of wine.

Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.
